About this Series:
This series is intended to help entrepreneurs understand and work on
business planning for a new firm or for a company that is tackling a new
marketplace. It provides practical advice, steps to get started, a list of
common mistakes, and comments of experts in the field (including firsthand
accounts from practicing entrepreneurs). Although the series is intended
to be used in its entirety, it is divided into 12 sections so the reader
can adapt its usage to his/her level of expertise. The lessons put down in
this series are based on my experience working with entrepreneurs, funding
entities and other experts in the field.
